TERMS OF OPERATIONS

1. Scope of Creative Work
TKE Graphics provides bespoke digital products including graphic designs, brand identity systems, custom web architecture, video editing, voice overs, and enterprise app/systems engineering. Each deliverable follows structured rounds of revisions as specified in our pricing tiers.
2. Custom Quotes & Spec Agreements
Our pricing is transparent, fixed, and milestone-based. Optional custom quotes are calculated on a per-feature basis. Any modifications to the project scope after specification transmission will require an add-on service agreement.
3. Codebase & Asset Ownership
Upon receipt of final project payments, TKE Graphics delivers full, unencumbered codebase ownership and raw visual media. Clients hold 100% rights to edit, host, publish, or monetize the compiled software packages.
4. Submission Integrations
Clients agree that information submitted through our interactive spec sheet configurator or contact forms utilizes secure API pipelines processed by Formspree. All submitted context must be accurate and provided in good faith.
5. Hosting & Maintenance
Starter, Pro, and E-Commerce website plans include specified intervals of post-launch support. Beyond the included free support window, continuous systems maintenance can be secured through our standard monthly retainer plans.
