Thabelo Ndwammbi, known professionally as T.hardy TKE, is a South African radio presenter, producer, graphic designer, musician and creative director whose work spans broadcasting, technology, visual communication, music and the performing arts.
He is the presenter and producer of Geek Wave, a technology and geek-culture programme on Tshwane FM 93.6, and serves as Production Manager at Inkaba Creative Art House, a multi-award-winning South African creative arts company. Through TKE Graphics he has built more than a decade of professional practice in brand identity, motion graphics, web design and digital media.
Thabelo began his professional radio career in July 2023 at Tshwane FM 93.6, joining The Hip Hop Link as co-host and producer. His experience in radio production led to the development of a programme focused on an area relatively uncommon within South African radio: geek culture and emerging technology.
In February 2024 he launched Geek Wave, a programme dedicated to technology, artificial intelligence, gaming, geek culture, startups and innovation. The show explores the impact of emerging technologies on entertainment, business and everyday life, alongside gaming, digital culture, applications and developments across the technology industry. He presents and produces the programme with co-host Malesele Hlakudi.
Alongside broadcasting, Thabelo has established himself as a professional graphic designer and creative director with over ten years of experience. Through TKE Graphics he works on commercial, entertainment, corporate and creative projects, developing visual identities and digital communication for organisations, businesses, artists and events. His practice combines strategic visual communication with contemporary entertainment, technology and popular culture.
Thabelo is Production Manager at Inkaba Creative Art House, a multi-award-winning creative arts company, where his role covers the planning, coordination and execution of creative productions and projects. The position has extended his professional experience beyond individual creative work into theatre production, cultural programming, project coordination and multidisciplinary arts management.
His production involvement includes projects such as Don't Shoot and The Hardest Letter to Read, alongside participation in international theatre festivals and cultural programmes. This work has spanned production coordination, project management, creative development and collaboration with multidisciplinary artistic teams, with international exposure through productions and festivals outside South Africa.
Thabelo is also a musician, songwriter and producer. His work incorporates songwriting, music production and sound design, complementing his broadcasting and multimedia practice and giving him experience across both audio and visual forms of creative expression.
